This includes potential violations of our policies, applicable laws, or any concerns directly related to our operations and/or those of our Portfolio Companies. This channel is designed to protect the privacy of individuals who choose to report anonymously. All submissions will be handled with discretion, subject to our obligation to investigate and comply with legal requirements. Reports will be reviewed by a designated committee, which includes a senior member of our leadership team, to provide accountability and appropriate follow-up.
This channel is provided solely for the purpose of receiving good faith concerns or complaints related to ethics, compliance, or misconduct within Discovery Americas and/or its Portfolio Companies. The information submitted through this channel in good faith will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and internal compliance procedures. Use of this channel to make knowingly false or malicious reports is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences. Submission of a grievance does not confer any employment, contractual, or legal rights beyond those established by applicable law or existing agreements. Discovery Americas reserves the right to refer any report to the relevant authorities if legally required.
Records will be treated as confidential and will only be initially accessible by the designated Committee. Access to senior management of Discovery Americas, its Portfolio Companies and their respective professional advisors may be granted from time to time as deemed appropriate by the Committee, and as required by law. Unless you agree to be identified, Discovery Americas will not disclose information that reveals your identity without your consent.
