Our role as a financial sponsor goes beyond delivering financial returns. We are committed to allocating capital to companies that act as catalysts for driving long-term value creation while also achieving positive outcomes for our communities and stakeholders.
Our Responsible Investment Policy outlines the principles on how we integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations across each stage of the investment lifecycle. This policy serves as a comprehensive framework to guide our team, partners, and portfolio companies in creating long-term value while fostering positive outcomes for our stakeholders.
ESG Investment Process
Our overall approach to responsible investment is grounded in the integration of ESG factors across the entire investment lifecycle—from idea generation and due diligence to ownership, value creation, and exit.
Before
Investment
- Idea Generation: Screen sectors for ESG risks and exclude activities on our IFT-based Exclusion List.
- Pre-Assessment: Evaluate target's ESG compliance with out Responsible Investment Policy and assign a risk rating.
- Due Diligence: Conduct ESG due diligence.
- Structuring & Legal Documentation: Define industry-specific KPIs and develop an ESG Action Plan to be executed during our holding period.
- Implement and monitor the ESG Action Plan.
- Track industry-specific KPIs and apply corrective actions to ensure sustainable value creation.
- Mechanisms to achieve proper implementation include Board participation, periodic reporting, and annual in-depth reviews.
During

- Exit: Assess ESG performance improvements, quantify value creation, and document lessons learned for future investments.
- Continuation & Sustainability: Ensure ESG commitments persist beyond exit.
We have chosen to align our ESG Management System with the IFC Performance Standards to conduct risk assessment, mitigation and monitoring across our Portfolio Companies.
As part of our commitment to responsible investing, we also became a PRI signatory in 2025.
